"Following a recommendation from a Marlborough naturopath Lydia started her yoga journey to find a more mindful form of movement. Her first yoga class happened to be at the wellness station and it quickly became the first of many.
Since then she has completed a teacher training in Hatha yoga, a traditional style deep rooted in the mind and body connection. Lydia likes to reflect this in her classes by placing emphasis on breath and purposeful movement while keeping it playful and open to all levels.
When not teaching you'll find Lydia behind the desk as the studio co-coordinator, looking after our lovely clients."
