YOGA
Yoga is the union of the mind, breath and body. Focusing on mindful movement through poses, our styles vary from teacher to teacher, and class to class. Yoga is a way of life, learned through asanas, or poses that improve your physical health, flexibility, strength and respiration. Private sessions are available for those new to the practice.
Flow Yoga
A flowing relaxed movement practice where you are guided into positions with lots of education and feedback, focusing on alignment and quietness, suitable for those who are beginners or with injuries. A nurturing practice, where layers are added to each posture to create a the perfect level of challenge for you. Come & absorb the benefits of moving your body and learn that yoga + life isn't so serious after all! |
Yin Yoga
A gentle, melting practice where lying down or seated poses are feel good, and restorative - fully supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. Each position is held for a few minutes, focusing on stillness and support. Yin is suitable for any level of practice, and can help those recovering from injury, or needing relaxation and calm. |
A relaxing safe practice for the mamas, and mamas to be. A great way to meet others, have some alone time (or bring Bub!). The classes focus on stretching common tight areas such as hips, lower back and the upper back, and strengthening postural muscles for holding and feeding, and the all important pelvic floor and core. |
