Nicole is a longtime lover of being active and keeping fit and healthy. She has been a part of almost every health/fitness craze from Les Mills group fitness classes and bootcamps in the early days to long distance running then to triathlons/duathlons to HITT classes, crossfit, RPM.
On the back of this came a heap of health issues that forced her to give her body a break from the rigorous training. This is when she discovered and fell in love with pilates, reformer pilates in particular. Nicole loves that reformer pilates allows you to move and strengthen your body and be active in a low intensity, low impact way. Nicoles classes will have you focusing on strengthening all aspects of the body whilst guiding you to challenge yourself throughout the movements.
