  • The easiest way to book is from your phone, simply download the Wellness Station Pilates app. You can manage all of your bookings and cancellations from here.

  • A great place to start is our Foundation class, this is a lower intensity class great for building strength, mobility and confidence. However, our Reformer class is designed in a way that you can still attend as a beginner, and just take the modifications that suit you.

  • Absolutely! We have 30 minute 1:1 form focus sessions available to book via the app, great for consolidating the basics. You can also book the studio for private classes - think hens parties, workplace wellbeing or sports teams.

  • Our classes are easily modifiable for those that want to keep moving and we can offer simple modifications to work around your injury.

  • We have a 12 hour cancellation policy to keep it fair for all, cancellations outside of this window results in a loss of the class credit.

  • If you have been cleared to exercise by your primary care team, then absolutely. We have incline pillows to avoid laying supine in the later trimesters, and can support you by giving modifications where necessary.

  • If you have a weekly autopay membership, the app will allow you to book extra classes unpaid. A benefit of being a member is cheaper pricing extra classes, and your card will be charged on the day you attend.

  • Comfortable clothes, socks are mandatory - you can buy sticky stocks in studio, or borrow a pair if you forget yours.

  • Joining a waitlist requires class payment, and you will get an email and an app notification if you make it into class. The pass will be returned to your account if the waitlist doesn't move, however if you no can longer make the class you are waitlisted for you must cancel the waitlist via the app.
