Originally from a rowing background, Tarsha spent years overworking her body, pushing it to the limit day in day out. Competing on the world stage took its toll on her physical wellbeing which ultimately took her out of sport to recover and repair a shoulder injury. Choosing yoga over surgery, the rest is history and Tarsha was hooked spending every spare moment over the last 4 years trying different styles and slowly progressing as her shoulder healed.
Tarsha has been sharing her practice for over a year now and will be finishing her Teacher Training with Power Living in June. Look forward to some fun challenging classes that will let you become more aware of your body, suitable for beginner’s right through to experienced practices.
Tarsha is excited to be part of such a great movement, and is looking forward to growing and learning in this journey.
