Jessica first came to yoga in a search to gain strength and flexibility, and soon became hooked. She still has vivid memories of her first yoga class here in Marlborough, the teacher was such a gracious, inspiring woman and she loved feeling so connected to her body & breath in just 60 minutes.
Jessica wants to focus on making yoga accessible and appealing to people who have never practiced – or even considered practicing before.
You can expect to feel nurtured in Jessica's classes with a clear focus on good alignment, awareness of breath and building strength – guided to help deepen your practice each time. All whilst having fun!
