Whether you are currently pregnant, or postnatal, adequate exercise and relaxation is highly important. Our Saturday morning yoga class is perfect for you!
Suitable for women at any stage of their pregnancy, and also women in their first year post natally, where we welcome you to bring your bub to classes with you. 
​We also have specialised Womens Health Physiotherapists available for consults and post natal checks.
